I checked on the newest swarm hive this morning and they look happy and are setting up house. I removed the branch and added 2 more frames to fill out the hive. I also noticed they are building new comb around the frame of brood I added 2 days ago.
Tomorrow I plan to swap out the bottom board and add a screened bottom board and a slatted rack. I just painted them yesterday and want them to cure for another day. I may go ahead and remove the feeder since there is plenty of clover blooming, and one of the frames I gave them today is half full of honey. That will kind of depend on the weather.
